We went to the pistol range today, to keep proficient with our sidearms. It's always great to get out and "bus' a-cuppa-caps" so to speak!

Great pictures! Great artwork! You look fabulous. Please stay in camp until after November 7th if at all possible! I love you and cannot tell you how proud I am of you. You are in my prayers all day, everyday - even when I have to tinkle in the middle of the night! Jen
Thanks for posting your great drawings, never knew that there were Active Duty Combat Artists out in the field. Take care. Annie A Troup Supporter and Artist.
Very kewl blog. I was looking for a blog from a guy who was in Afghanistan. I think that he was stationed with my nephew when he was there. His blog isn't working, but the name of your blog looked interesting from the recently added list on milblogging.com. Any blog that Gunnutt reads & comments on has to be a great blog. It's my dream to be standing next to Gunnutt one of these Friday nights.
You have a great blog. I see a lot of military members out there. I created a blog for military members to help them with their finances. I wanted to know if you would like to blog roll.
Thanks.

I am a fine artist and illustrator in the Classical Realist school, inspired by the masters of art history as I sketch and paint the world around me.

PS I think I have figured out how to fix these posts. . . still a couple of glitches, though.
Dude you are like so darn pretty!

Hey,
would you bring me some Marzipan when you stop in Frankfurt on your way home.

Nice pictures! Are you sure you were not at the "Pencil Range"?

Yeah, I was trying to give my Remington Raider War Face, and it came out like like I sat in a mud puddle... (my wife decided to post the photo!)
A Pencil Range would be a good idea, and we could do quick-sketch drills...
I'm glad she did post it ! :)
God's Blessings to you and your family Kris!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY USMC!!!!!
